Capt. Richard Conklin said Paul Dushi, 25, was arrested around 1 p.m. Friday following an investigation into information that he was selling heroin in the Glenbrook-Springdale neighborhoods.

The squad received intel that Dushi, who is well-known to cops, would be carrying a quantity of heroin on him on Friday, so officers pulled over his black Volkswagen Jetta and found the drugs in the bottom of a Pack-n-Play box in the trunk of his car, Conklin said.n said.

The 180 glassine envelopes of heroin, which were stamped with the Under Armor logo, would sell for around $20 each on the street, Conklin said. It was the first time narc officers had seen that stamp.

Dush was charged with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell and driving without a license. He is being held on $25,000 court appearance bond.

"This is another good bust in the unit's continuing efforts to remove heroin from the streets," Conklin said.
